Soak and wash your feet in warm water before the treatment to clean the pores of the skin! Using lotion and or cream will counteract the treatment.

Heating the inside of the boots multiplies the effect of the treatment. For this reason, we provide a thermo bag with each pack, which you can heat up in a microwave or a bowl of water before starting the treatment. It is important to heat the bag to hand-warm, ca. 40°, to avoid burns.

Always keep the boots upright, with the shank upwards, as carbon dioxide is heavier than air, so the gas will always stay in the boots.

To achieve positive changes, we recommend the regular use of CosmoBoots as a course of treatment. As a course, 10-15 days, one, maximum two treatments per day, repeated after 2-6 months, maintenance treatment 2-4 times a week. One treatment lasts 30-40 minutes and can be repeated up to twice a day. Discard the empty cartridge immediately at the end of the treatment so you do not accidentally mix it up with the full cartridges.

Make sure your boots are kept clean, using a disinfectant spray regularly, and if necessary, turn it inside out and clean it in lukewarm water, using a neutral detergent. Washing the boots in a washing machine can damage the product so wash them only by hand. If you have open wounds on your feet, use socks or thin gauze bandages during treatment to prevent contamination of the boots and thereby re-infection.
